First consultation

During an initial consultation, you will get to know our clinic, your therapist and our treatment methods. Prior to this intake, you will already complete a (medical) questionnaire at home. This way, we can get a good idea of the reason for your visit and we can provide you with the best service. The questionnaire, including your wishes, is completed by the therapist and a number of photos are always taken for your file during the first consultation. By thoroughly analyzing your face, looking at the causes and asking questions, we can put together a customized treatment plan. We also talk about the general aging process of the skin and can tell you everything about how we work. You will receive information and can ask questions about treatments such as botox, fillers and skin-improving treatments. We strive to give you a more beautiful natural appearance.

The purpose of the first meeting is to provide you with all the information and, of course, to be there for you and to address any fears, questions or uncertainties. Together with you, the therapist will decide which treatment is most appropriate and will meet your needs. You are in good hands with us. The first consultation is free and non-binding. When visiting the cosmetic doctor or skin therapist for the first time, please bring a valid ID. We are obliged to check this if you come for an injectable treatment, an IPL and laser treatment, chemical peels and microneedling, or other minor surgical procedures. We do not make a copy of your ID. We will store the BSN number in your secure patient file. If you come to the skin therapist for a connective tissue massage, you do not need to bring a document.
