In principle, you don't have to leave anything - before or after the treatment. You must always be able to show a valid ID so that we can include the BSN number in our administration and carry out an age check. To be on the safe side, we always recommend that our customers follow the following pre-care and aftercare measures:

• Do not exercise or do heavy physical work until 12 hours after treatment;
• No massages or other beauty treatments on the treated area for 48 hours after treatment;
• Avoid steam baths and saunas for the first 48 hours;
• Do not sit in full sun for up to 48 hours after treatment. Are you going to be out in the sun anyway? Then use factor 50 sunscreen.
• It is better not to drink alcoholic beverages 24 hours before treatment
