Vitamin A
Last summer, Heleen van Royen claimed the right from Linda de Mol to declare Botox a miracle cure. She then stated that it works much better than an anti-wrinkle cream. But what she doesn't know yet is that there are anti-wrinkle creams that do work. The difference lies in the concentrations, especially vitamin A. Dr. Des Fernandes, a plastic surgeon from South Africa, has explained to me how to make skin healthy. And later, I heard Dr. Zein Obagi use the same theory, although he goes even further. Now I can trace everything back to that theory, and I also try to explain that to my clients.

You need to find out what concentration of vitamin A your skin can handle by gradually increasing it. This is how you charge your skin, like a battery.
This changes your skin at the DNA level. You get better cell and skin functions. The cream tackles everything.
Take rosacea. These are those red spots caused by burst vessels and pimples on your face. In my opinion, this is simply due to the effect of UV on the skin. You can reset that effect with vitamin A, because you make your skin healthy.
Or take acne: make sure you normalize sebum production, because it's runaway. Dead skin cells sit on the pore like a cork. They have to go off. You soak that one, you play it. Vitamin A takes advantage of this, because it ensures cell renewal.
Environ
Dr. Fernandes's brand is called Environ. It can quickly make your skin feel a lot more comfortable. As you get older, that doesn't work with creams that you can buy at the drug store. With Environ, you take baby steps, but even compared to La Prairie, Vichy or Olaz, you name it! you walk past them with seven-mile boots.
With Environ products, you can slowly build up your skin's tolerance for vitamin A. After a consultation, choices will be made about which products in the range are suitable for your skin. The day and night cream comes in a bottle and is numbered from numbers 1 to 5. There are also many other 'tricks': more acids, as well as other vitamins: vitamin E from seeds and kernels; vitamin C, of course, from fruits and vegetables, and vitamin A from carrots, among others. Antioxidants work very well together. And acids ensure better absorption into the skin. You can achieve this by gradually increasing concentration.
