Do you have an affinity for beauty, injectables, skin care, cosmetics and skin care products? Do you like to advise people on a cosmetic and aesthetic level and are you communicative and social? Have you always wanted to work at a leading skin improvement clinic? Then you are the new face we are looking for!

Who are we?

Van Lennep Clinic specializes in skin improvement, injectables, laser, cosmetic treatments and professional skin care. Cosmetic doctor drs. Ludy Holst works with an expert team of BIG-registered doctors and skin therapists to achieve the optimal condition of the skin, with a natural end result central. A personal treatment plan combined with professional advice and guidance form the common thread in the clinic's way of working. The Van Lennep Clinic has offices in The Hague and Oegstgeest and shops where you can get skin care advice and products.

Your activities:

As a consultant, you are the contact person for our clients and you assist with the cosmetic doctor's office hours. You work closely together and complement each other well. You conduct intake interviews with both new and existing clients. Your hospitality and friendly atmosphere ensure that the client feels at ease. Asking your wishes, informing us globally, but also daring to advise on the specific options, appropriate to everyone's personal budget, is a role that will make you enthusiastic. You don't easily let yourself off your feet in a hectic environment and remain service-oriented under all circumstances.

In addition to the informative role during the office hours, you also coordinate administrative tasks, such as (medical) file formation, before and after photography, having the treatment agreements signed and the preparation of invoices. In addition, calling or e-mailing clients is also part of your job. The clinic is open on weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or until 9 p.m., and on Saturdays until 5:30 p.m.; working hours are variable. Working in an evening shift is one of the options. Expansion to more evenings/Saturdays may be possible in the future.

• A representative appearance.
• Affinity with the beauty industry.
• Excellent contact skills and accuracy.
• Experience in an informational, commercial position.
• A proactive attitude.
• You see opportunities and opportunities everywhere, and subtly address them to the customer.
• A flexible attitude with regard to working hours and availability, a pleasant voice and an excellent command of Dutch and English.
• A service institution.
• Experience with the MAC and MS-Office MBO+ work and thinking levels.
• Good commercial skills and good listening skills. You understand that the cosmetic aesthetic profession requires discretion.
