Do you have an affinity for beauty, skin care and skin care products? Do you enjoy advising people on a cosmetic and aesthetic level and is customer-oriented action and providing high-end hospitable service your middle name? Then you are the new face we are looking for!

Who are we?

Van Lennep Kliniek has been part of the Cosmetique Totale group as of July 2022 and specializes in skin improvement, injectables and professional skin care. In the clinics, we work with a multi-disciplinary team of BIG-registered skin therapists, cosmetic doctors (KNMG), a plastic surgeon, consultants, front-office staff and a back-office team consisting of the Marketing & Finance department. Our focus is mainly on medical cosmetic treatments to improve the face, neck & décolleté. Creating a personal treatment plan, combined with professional advice and appropriate guidance, is the common thread in the team's way of working. This focuses on the wishes of our customers. Van Lennep Clinic has two offices in The Hague and one in Oegstgeest.

A working day at Van Lennep Clinic

Your working day starts just before 09:00am. You are right on time. Before the office hour starts and the store opens, check that the store and treatment room are tidy and clean. If not, just grab a towel and deal with the other things that come with the start of the day. The doctor and skin therapist are now also coming in and together you can drink a nice cup of coffee, tea or cappuccino and tell us how your weekend has been. You go through the office hours and see which customers are coming and whether administrative matters still need to be added to the file. After receiving the first customer, you will be in touch with the Front-Office colleagues at the other locations and coordinate your tasks. Today, you handle the mail and the other colleague processes the orders from the webshop and calls some customers after the intake interview. The consultation hour always takes precedence, so as soon as the customer returns from the treatment room, you apply another camouflage mineral makeup, provide the customer with additional advice and pay. The phone rings all day long. These include, for example, customers who want to schedule a treatment or have questions regarding treatment advice. You try to get the most out of every conversation. In the afternoon, some customers come into the store to buy skincare and you can provide them with additional advice. At the end of the day, you make sure the checkout is correct, turn on the washing machine, vacuum the store and, together with the skin therapist, make sure that the location is completely tidy for the next day. You walk out together at 5:30pm.

What do we ask of you?

  • The customer really comes first for you;
  • You are representative, a calling card for the clinic;
  • You have good social skills to have a conversation with the customer;
  • You have a commercial mindset and dare to provide additional advice;
  • You have an affinity with the beauty industry;
  • You have a proactive attitude and you are helpful to your colleagues;
  • You have good administrative skills and can easily answer emails or chat messages;
  • A flexible attitude with regard to working hours and availability (at least once a month, a Saturday or evening);
  • An excellent command of the Dutch language and a good command of the English language;
