“Delivering quality is something you do together”

Speaking is Annemarie de Nood, clinic manager at Van Lennep Clinic. “My work consists largely of improving the work processes and quality within the Clinic. An ongoing process. The biggest challenge is to ensure that everyone in the team has a good time, the client is satisfied and everyone in the clinic can do their work with a lot of passion and skill”.

Her goal is that everyone can do their job in accordance with quality standards. The clinic wants to do everything in its power to contribute to the continuous improvement of certain processes within the cosmetic industry. Annemarie studied quality management at Ogive. This course is a very practical course that aims to clearly and clearly apply the most essential knowledge and skills in the field of quality management.

The course teaches you that “caring for each other” is especially important, so that you can deliver a certain quality and ultimately meet the client's expectations. One tool for this is the application of a quality management system that implements indicators such as certified staff, good education, personal development, employee and customer satisfaction surveys. With the help of indicators, an organization can monitor and measure processes and objectives.

To record the work processes of the quality management system within the Van Lennep clinic, we use an easy and usable software package called Scienta. This is structured in accordance with the ISO guidelines; user-friendly and social for the entire team. It is a tool for bringing quality from books to daily practice, so that every employee consciously contributes to improvements, that's in the smallest things. Partly because of this, we not only talk about quality, but it becomes a daily business.
